NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC in Maine seeks a Supervisory General Engineer/Architect to lead design and project management for facilities construction. You will supervise design staff, coordinate with disciplines, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and ensure records are kept current using ieFACMAN/eProjects.

Responsibilities include providing professional engineering and architectural expertise to produce contract documents in-house or with A&E contractors, and serving as a key point of

Competenze

• Current registration as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect.
• Submit license or registration copy with application.
• At least one year of specialized experience at GS-13 level or equivalent.
• Experience in project and design management leadership.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and manage funding and scope.

Mansioni

• Serve as design/engineering specialist and point of contact for project coordination.
• Produce construction contract documents via in-house, A&E contractor, or other vehicles.
• In Responsible Charge for work by subordinate architects/engineers, designers, project managers, and planners.
• Lead design staff in project management from design authorization to project closeout.
• Ensure projects tracked using NAVFAC software tools and keep records current.
