Job summary

OWL Services LLC is seeking a Superintendent III to lead construction projects, coordinate site activities, and oversee scheduling, procurement, and on-site operations. You will work with project managers, owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues and maintain safety and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in general contracting supervision, and at least 1 year as a Superintendent, with a valid driver's license. Journeyman/Master Carpenter preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction knowledge helpful.
• 4+ years of general contracting supervision experience; 1 year as Superintendent.
• Journeyman or Master Carpenter preferred but not required; valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of general contracting industry; underground fueling system basics a plus.
• Translate directions from managers into site orders with minimal supervision; supervise projects up to $5 million.

Responsibilities

• Confer with project managers, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss work procedures and resolve issues.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and work ahead schedules.
• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with building, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor all personnel onsite to ensure OSHA safety practices.
• Travel and rotation schedules.
• Handle special projects as assigned by Project Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
