Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead ServiceNow FDE to drive GenAI-enabled transformation for our strategic clients. You will lead embedded pods, set technical direction, and stay hands-on to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.

You will partner with client leaders, shape success metrics, and navigate organizational complexity to align sponsors and IT with business goals. The role requires strong executive communication, cloud experience, and hands-on engineering credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions.
• 1+ years of leading project workstreams/engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• 1+ years of experience building reliable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• 10+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams.
• ServiceNow ITSM certification.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• A minimum of 2 full life cycle ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• A minimum of 2 ServiceNow upgrade deployments.
• Experience across IT Service Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and RCA.
• Experience with the ITIL framework.
• 3+ years' experience as an engagement manager.
• Project scoping, estimating, and planning experience.
• Sales experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow GenAI/agentic transformations with exposure to enterprise AI governance.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior client-facing engineering lead for GenAI solutions.
• Lead pods of 2-5 onshore/offshore engineers and manage delivery health.
• Define success metrics and a phased plan from prototype to production.
• Architect and oversee delivery of LLM-enabled applications and copilots.
• Guide data pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud architectures for GenAI use cases.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality gates across pods.
• Coordinate multi-pod engagements and ensure consistent client experience.
• Support executive stakeholders with architecture and roadmap discussions.
