Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior ServiceNow FDE in Pittsburgh, US to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for clients. You will work with senior client teams to translate business needs into scalable AI platforms, mentor others, and contribute to proposals and demos.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, governance, and a strong engineering foundation. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to balance quality, cost, and latency while advancing enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of software/ data/ analytics engineering experience.
• 1+ years building GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in production.
• 1+ years leading engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• 1+ years of hands-on coding experience.
• Willingness to travel ~50% depending on client needs.
• 8+ years of technology implementation experience.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proposal/sales experience.
• Experience across ServiceNow applications and modules.
• CAD certification.
• Experience delivering GenAI/agentic solutions (Now Assist, AI Agents).
• Experience with Claude Code and related tooling.
• Knowledge of Claude Code hooks for governance.
• Upskilling engineers in agentic coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver AI solutions using industry expertise.
• Mentor newer team members within an FDE pod.
• Coach client teams on platform capabilities and AI enablement.
• Drive end-to-end sales and delivery support with demos/POCs.
• Document solutions for knowledge transfer and handoff.
• Contribute reusable assets like code and prompt libraries.
