Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build GenAI-enabled applications and reusable services that empower product delivery teams across the PDLC. You will help integrate AI-assisted tools into day-to-day workflows and collaborate with multiple disciplines to improve productivity and quality.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot experience, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks, plus AWS, CI/CD, and agile delivery practice familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building full stack applications.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, system design, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience evaluating or integrating AI-powered development tools is a plus.
