Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and enhance scalable enterprise applications in Rockville, MD. The role emphasizes strong Java/Spring backend, modern frontend (React/Angular), and hands-on AWS experience.

You will apply GenAI tools across the SDLC to improve productivity, participate in code reviews, and mentor peers while delivering high-quality software with automated testing and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• StrongJava development experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong frontend development experience with React and/or Angular.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB, or Spark SQL.
• Python experience for scripting, automation, or data processing.
• Hands-on AWS experience with services such as EC2, ECS, Fargate, S3, RDS, Lambda, and EMR.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Kiro, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of how GenAI can support code generation, testing, code reviews, requirements analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities
