Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to adopt new development paradigms with GenAI-driven development or similar shifts.
• Clear communication across engineers, leaders, and quality engineering.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1 year defining GenAI development automation, templates, and workflows.
• 1 year building and validating tools for GenAI-first development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve GenAI development automation, templates, and workflow patterns aligned with SDLC best practices.
• Build or specify validation tools expanding GenAI-first automation.
• Design and run experiments to push the approach and define measurable success.
• Incorporate compliance, security, and quality validations into automation.
• Support teams adopting new patterns and orchestrations at scale across the org.
• Define the GenAI operating model for engagement with vertical teams.
