Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1 year defining and evolving GenAI development automation, templates, and workflow patterns.
• 1 year building, acquiring, and spec’ing validation tools that expand GenAI‑first development.
• 1 year designing and running experiments that push the limits and define metrics.
• 1 year building compliance, security, and quality validations into the automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve GenAI automation patterns and SDLC best practices.
• Build, acquire, or spec validation tools that expand GenAI‑first development automation.
• Design and run experiments that push the limits and define the metrics.
• Build the compliance, security, and quality validations into the automation.
• When teams innovate, help refine and scale those solutions across the org.
• Define the GenAI operating model and engagement with vertical teams.
