Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend systems with cloud, containers, and CI/CD.
• Strong programming in Java and Python with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience developing AI agents using LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, and similar libraries.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role in developing and supporting platform features, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code reflecting engineering excellence.
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and incident response.
