Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software experience.
• Experience architecting, designing, and developing a wide-array of software products.
• Thrive in building complex, high-scale distributed systems from the ground up.
• Proficient in Python, C#, or Go.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and distributed processing technologies (e.g., Kubeflow, Temporal, S3).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own core components of the product infrastructure for generative AI.
• Develop developer-facing APIs for 3D creation.
• Integrate with Pricing, Orchestration, Safety with observability.
• Implement robust pipelines for collecting datasets and evaluating to build safe multimodal AI systems.
• Collaborate with Product managers and Roblox teams to ship reliable products.
• Drive improvements in product and backend infrastructure architecture and operational excellence.
• Ensure data quality and governance via automated checks and monitoring.
