Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI (GenAI), across our healthcare technology platforms.

This role involves building and optimizing AI technologies, integrating them into existing systems, and ensuring their effectiveness in improving healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with GenAI, NLP and DL.
• Strong Python coding with TF and PyTorch; experience with LLMs.
• Experience deploying AI on cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS and healthcare data regulations.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Development – design, build, train ML/DL models including GenAI.
• End-to-End AI Solution Deployment – deploy in cloud and on‑premise.
• Data Engineering & Processing – preprocess large healthcare datasets.
• System Integration – integrate AI models into existing tech stack.
• Performance Optimization – improve accuracy and efficiency.
