Job summary

Dexian seeks an experienced software engineer to design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions using cloud-native technologies. You will evaluate AI platforms, develop AI-enabled applications, and prototype innovative workflows guided by governance and risk considerations.

The role requires strong programming skills, 5+ years in software engineering, and excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering developing web-based or distributed applications.
• Proven experience building software solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI technologies, large language models, and AI‑enabled applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity and rapidly learn new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive solutions from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI solutions using modern software practices and cloud-native techs.
• Evaluate and prototype GenAI platforms, vendors, and tools for relevant use cases.
• Develop AI-enabled apps and workflows with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, APIs, and cloud services.
• Transform business ideas into working software through prototypes and experiments.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
