Job summary

Quevera, LLC. seeks a Senior Generative AI Engineer – AWS with a TS/SCI clearance to lead enterprise GenAI optimization for a large-scale customer, working onsite in Herndon and Springfield, VA.

You will design model routing, multi-model orchestration, and production-grade GenAI capabilities within AWS. The role requires 5+ years in software development and cloud architecture, 2+ years in AWS production workloads, and hands-on GenAI/LLM deployment experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development and cloud architecture experience.
• 2+ years hands-on AWS experience with production workloads.
• 2+ years experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM deployment.
• Proven track record of enterprise-scale architecture design and implementation.
• Experience with NatSec customers.
• Deep understanding of GenAI foundation models and deployment patterns.
• Strong programming skills in Python and IaC tools.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS services: Bedrock, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS, RDS/DynamoDB.
• Strong security automation and compliance framework knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design intelligent model-routing logic using ML-based classification.
• Build orchestration layers for multi-model workflows on AWS.
• Train and iterate on classification models with feedback loops.
• Architect conversation-context analysis and embedding strategies.
• Develop prompt-engineering standards and context-window management.
• Architect GenAI solutions with high availability and cost efficiency.
• Apply observability, guardrails, and responsible AI controls.
• Design data pipelines for model training and enterprise integration.
• Engage with stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical handoff artifacts.
