Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development and cloud architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent model routing logic based on context and performance
• Build orchestration layers to manage multi-model workflows
• Train and iterate on classification models with feedback loops
• Architect conversation context analysis systems from multi-turn interactions
• Design context retrieval and embedding strategies for intent understanding
• Develop prompt engineering standards and context window management
• Architect Gen AI solutions scalable to enterprise workloads with HA and cost control
• Apply platform best practices: observability, guardrails, and versioning
• Design data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and integration
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track progress with stakeholders
• Produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Engage with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
