Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for the ProServe team in Herndon, VA. You will design, evangelize, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives, applying generative AI techniques at scale.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to scope use cases, train and fine-tune models, and navigate technical or business challenges. You’ll mentor colleagues, run experiments, and help drive AWS cloud-based AI transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and analytics techniques experience.
• Experience in professional software engineering & best practices for the full SDLC.
• Experience in defining and creating benchmarks for GenAI model performance.
• Experience translating complex technical solutions and data-driven insights for diverse audiences.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

• Develop and deploy ML models and generative AI applications for real-world problems.
