Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer/Architect in Plano, TX, offering a hybrid work arrangement with four days in the office. You will design and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, prototype ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and experience building ML models, data pipelines, LLM applications, and RAG systems, plus cloud platform experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of AI engineering / ML / data science / data engineering experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with ML frameworks/libs.
• Proven track record building ML models, data pipelines, LLM apps, RAG systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML solutions using statistical modeling, generative AI, and large language models.
• Build reusable data pipelines, analytics workflows, and AI-driven projects for structured and unstructured data.
• Create rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept using Python, AI SDKs, and APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition prototypes into scalable production systems.
• Contribute to architecture discussions on model selection, cloud deployment, and system security.
• Monitor AI tech advancements and share insights with the team.
• Support AI innovation through workshops, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
