Job summary

Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior/Staff Forward Deployment Engineer to join our founding team. You will embed with internal and customer teams to translate AI/GenAI platforms into production-ready solutions, writing code, and shaping the early engineering playbook.

You will own end-to-end delivery across data, AI tooling, and integrations, mentor junior engineers, and help establish standards as the team scales, with hybrid work across Bellevue, Overland Park or Frisco.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software production experience.
• Strong programming in Python/Java/Go or JavaScript.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to design and deploy AI/GenAI solutions.
• Build production-quality code, integrations, and automations.
• Prototype and iterate on proofs-of-concept with user feedback.
• Integrate data pipelines, APIs and third-party systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate technical concepts to business value.
• Influence roadmap by feeding pain points to product/engineering.
• Ensure reliability, performance and adoption after launch.
• Define playbooks and mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
