Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise-scale use cases.

The role requires hands-on experience with agentic AI, production deployments, and orchestration in a fast-paced environment. The position is onsite from Day 1, with locations in Columbus, OH and Plano, TX, and involves collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Hands-on production experience with agentic AI or GenAI applications, including deployment, monitoring, debugging, and operating agents at scale.
• Strong Python engineering skills for production AI environments.
• Java experience or willingness to work daily within a Java service layer in enterprise backends.
• Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration technologies, including LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with production infrastructure for AI systems, including Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
