Job summary

JSR Tech Consulting seeks a Senior GenAI Cloud Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions on cloud platforms, enabling intelligent automation and improved business processes.

You will lead end-to-end workstreams, mentor engineers, and shape architectural standards across teams while delivering production-grade GenAI applications and safe AI capabilities for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing microservices, APIs, and distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Recent experience building enterprise GenAI solutions (agents, chatbots, or RAG).
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or other enterprise LLM platforms.
• Experience with data ingestion, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, safety controls, and routing logic.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, security, scalability, and production operations.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading delivery of a technical workstream.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy enterprise AI agents, chatbots, and GenAI apps.
• Implement ingestion, document processing, embeddings, and semantic search pipelines.
• Develop intent classification, orchestration, and guardrails for AI apps.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and workflows.
• Contribute to design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ops support.
• Uphold code quality, security, and observability standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and platforms.
• Lead a workstream and mentor engineers through reviews and design.
• Contribute to architecture and pattern standards adopted by the team.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
