Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Illinois is seeking an experienced Architect to lead end-to-end GenAI system design and deployment, including RAG pipelines and AI agents. You will shape data infrastructure and scalable knowledge graphs using Neo4j, collaborating with data scientists and engineers across teams.

The role emphasizes cloud deployment on GCP, model optimization, and building robust AI architectures while staying ahead of GenAI and MLOps best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development or AI engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and related AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Strong hands-on experience with graph databases, especially Neo4j, including data modeling, Cypher query language, and graph algorithms.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with GenAI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and building RAG systems.
• Experience in deploying and optimizing models in cloud environments (GCP) and managing project infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex, novel challenges in AI development.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI systems, including RAG pipelines and AI agents from idea to production.
• Develop and maintain large-scale knowledge graphs using Neo4j to structure enterprise data.
• Build GraphRAG pipelines that ground AI responses in factual information and reduce hallucinations.
• Collaborate with data scientists to prepare data and optimize models for performance and efficiency.
• Set up scalable data pipelines for ingestion, embedding generation, and training/retraining.
• Provide technical leadership and translate business needs into robust AI architectures.
• Stay current with GenAI, graph databases, and MLOps; promote CI/CD and responsible AI practices.
