Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced AI/Software Architect to lead end-to-end GenAI projects, from design to production deployment, including RAG pipelines and AI agents.

You will design scalable knowledge graphs with Neo4j, build GraphRAG systems grounding responses in factual data, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize LLMs and data pipelines. This role also emphasizes cloud deployment (GCP) and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or AI engineering experience with production AI projects.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on with graph databases, especially Neo4j, Cypher and graph algorithms.
• GenAI, LLMs, embeddings, and RAG system experience.
• Cloud deployment experience (GCP) and infra optimization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Data Science/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale knowledge graphs using Neo4j to structure enterprise data.
• Build GraphRAG pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge graphs for factual AI responses.
• Collaborate with data scientists/ML engineers to prepare data and infra for LLMs and model optimization.
• Set up scalable data pipelines for ingestion, embedding generation, preprocessing, and retraining.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers across cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with GenAI, graph databases, and MLOps; implement CI/CD, testing, and responsible AI practices.
