Job summary

Reply is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Chicago team and drive data-driven AI solutions for our clients in IoT, cloud, and analytics. You will design data pipelines, build graph models, and implement RAG/GraphRAG pipelines on top of graph and data platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with GenAI, graph databases such as Neo4j, and strong client-facing communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• 3+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Experience with Python and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Experience building ETL pipelines with ETL frameworks.
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j).
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM projects, including RAG and GraphRAG.
• Direct client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Build and maintain graph database models to support applications.
• Design and implement RAG/GraphRAG pipelines for AI apps.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists on data/AI solutions.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and report progress.
• Work with a small cross-functional delivery team.
