Qualifications

• 5+ years building ML models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Understand cross-border advertiser pain points and build science-driven solutions.
• Develop autonomous ML systems to create, structure, and manage ad campaigns.
• Innovate with GenAI to simplify advertising and improve campaign automation.
• Develop models across campaign lifecycle: discovery, ranking, prediction, optimization.
• Define datasets and signals for training and evaluating systems.
