JobScore, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Research Scientist to advance next-generation AI technologies, focusing on user representation learning, semantic understanding, and generative AI applications.

You will translate research into production systems while collaborating across product and engineering teams in the Palo Alto area. The ideal candidate will have a PhD (completed or near completion) in a quantitative field and proven expertise in deep learning, transformer models, and scalable ML

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or related quantitative field (completed or near completion).
• Equivalent industrial research experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Applied AI Research: develop ML algorithms for user representation learning, embeddings, and foundation-models.
• Design, prototype, evaluate, and deploy transformer-based generative AI solutions from research to deployment.
• Develop scalable representation learning techniques using transformers, contrastive and self-supervised learning, and retrieval-based architectures.
• Investigate multimodal learning that models heterogeneous data.
