Job summary

Namely is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the team and help build the next generation of intelligent talent technology. This hands-on role offers the chance to work with large language models, recommender systems, and other AI tools in a real-world enterprise SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, design and test AI features, and contribute to data preparation, model training, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years hands-on experience in machine learning concepts and Python programming.
• Deep knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn) is a plus.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and testing of AI-driven features within Cornerstone’s Galaxy ecosystem.
• Collaborate on small projects involving NLP, recommender systems, or generative AI.
• Prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Experiment with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Learn MLOps concepts like deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Write clean, well-documented Python code.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team demos.
