Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/EE/CE plus 6+ years of AI/ML experience; or a Master’s with 4+ years.
• At least 6 years of programming experience in Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components, including model training and inference.
• Lead multi-model orchestration pipelines combining LLMs, vector search, and domain models.
• Establish and lead cost-performance governance reviews for GPU utilization and inference cost.
• Mentor engineers and uphold AI engineering standards.
