Job summary

Cotality is seeking an AI Engineer to architect and build scalable Gen AI/Agentic AI data pipelines, focusing on Google Cloud Platform, Document AI, and HITL workflows. You will guide engineers, translate business needs into robust designs, and ensure governance and performance across enterprise pipelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Doc AI, Dataflow, Airflow, Spark, and PySpark, delivering high‑quality solutions in a fast‑moving real estate data environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of IT experience with Gen AI/Agentic AI, document image extraction, data architecture, Kubernetes/GKE.
• Deep understanding of Gen AI/Agentic AI, ML, unstructured data extraction, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, governance, token optimization.
• Hands-on with Google Document AI (Form Parser, Custom Extractors) and evaluating extraction model performance.
• Experience with HITL workflows for enterprise Document AI pipelines.
• Experience in enterprise app architecture, governance, standards, and strategy.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Document Image extraction pipelines using Google Doc AI with HITL fallback.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
• Define and document architecture, designs, and requirements to support business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering and support teams.
• Develop architecture artifacts and present to stakeholders.
• Lead evaluation of new solutions and ensure governance compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in team ceremonies.
