Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Addison, TX, is seeking a senior AI/ML solutions architect to design and scale enterprise Document AI platforms for the financial services industry. You will lead architecture for classification, extraction and RAG, and build GenAI solutions for large-scale processing.

Responsibilities include building robust RAG pipelines with embeddings, deploying on GPU clusters with vLLM/Triton, and driving risk management, explainability, and audits with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/solution architecture experience, incl. 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings and vector search tech (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama, Elasticsearch).
• Strong Python development skills, incl. FastAPI and LangChain.
• Experience with GPU optimization, cloud-native deployments, and MLOps.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale enterprise-grade Document AI platforms for financial services.
• Lead architecture for document classification, data extraction, and RAG solutions.
• Architect GenAI solutions for large-scale document processing and QA.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, rerankers, and LLMs.
• Collaborate with infra teams to deploy AI on GPU clusters using vLLM and Triton.
• Drive model risk management, explainability, auditability, and evaluation frameworks.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance to deliver secure AI solutions.
