Job summary

Cotality is hiring an AI Engineer to drive a major AI overhaul across core enterprise data pipelines. The role centers on Gen AI/Agentic AI engineering with deep GCP expertise, Google Doc AI, BigQuery, and Python.

You will design scalable document image extraction pipelines, HITL workflows, and lead architectural decisions across data systems. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT with Gen AI/Agentic AI, data engineering, and experience in mortgage/real estate/finance or insurance domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
7+ years IT with Gen AI/Agentic AI, document image extraction, data architecture, Kubernetes/GKE, and domain experience in mortgage/real estate/finance/insurance.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, high-performance document image extraction pipelines using Google Doc AI, with HITL fallback workflows.
Translate requirements into well-architected technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Define solution architecture, designs, and requirements to support business objectives.
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and support stakeholders.
Develop architecture artifacts and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
Drive design decisions through research, validation, and stakeholder consensus.
Ensure governance and standards compliance across architecture and data pipelines.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to enterprise-wide tech initiatives.
