Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking a GenAI specialist to own the Generation half of Document Intelligence. You’ll turn multimodal inputs into schema‑valid entities and manage quality so speed never becomes fast and wrong.

Design and iterate prompts, define per‑entity schemas and validators, build eval datasets and rubrics, assemble multimodal context windows, and select model budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong GenAI craft: prompt engineering, structured output / tool-use, retrieval-context patterns.
• Real eval discipline: datasets and rubrics, measuring quality and regressions.
• Shipped LLM features into production services, not notebooks.
• Comfort with multimodal inputs - video, PDF, audio, image, text extraction.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate recipe prompts for each generation.
• Define per-entity target schemas and validators.
• Build generation-quality eval datasets and rubrics, offline and online.
• Assemble multimodal context windows so each model call has what it needs.
• Choose model and token budget per recipe based on quality, cost, and latency.
