Qualifications
- 8+ years leading data management, data analytics, data governance, or data platform initiatives enabling AI or GenBI.
- Deep expertise in data governance, metadata management, lineage, business glossaries, and data quality.
- Strong experience implementing governance controls supporting privacy, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance, adoption, onboarding, and tenant support strategies.
- Define data pipelines, transformations, and data quality controls.
- Collaborate with engineering and risk stakeholders to meet requirements.
- Mentor data engineers and drive platform adoption and value realization.
- Establish operating models, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
- Drive platform scalability, security, and user experience.
