Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Operations Associate for Color Stones & Pearls Logistics in New York.

Responsible for incoming and outgoing merchandise, shipments, and receipts from internal and external partners, with strong emphasis on accuracy and timely processing. Role includes support for physical and system receiving of gemstones and pearls, inventory control, and processing using JDE and Sarine technology.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management or Supply Chain.
Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong orientation to customer service and/or related work experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely receipt and shipment of merchandise, supplies and equipment.
Verify contents of shipments and breakdown packaging; coordinate with cross functional teams.
Maintain shipment records and audit outbound shipments for accuracy.
Process gemstone receipts in the JDE system and transfer ownership to Tiffany owned merchandise.
Support testing and grading with Sarine technology and ensure proper data uploads to JDE.
Lead process improvements and help update SOPs; assist with special projects as needed.
