Job summary

Centraprise in Cleveland is seeking a senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will collaborate with analytics and architecture teams to define data requirements and ensure data reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Composer).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and batch/streaming data solutions.
• Solid experience with Data Quality frameworks, data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions on GCP.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using modern data engineering frameworks.
• Implement and monitor data quality, validation, reconciliation, and governance controls.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and architecture teams to define data requirements and solutions.
• Ensure data reliability, performance, security, and compliance across data platforms.
• Troubleshoot data issues and drive continuous improvements in data processes.
