• Or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including 3 years in Global Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative systems for accounts with moderate to high risk to ensure compliance with policies
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts
• Coordinate monitoring of regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as required
• Structure and close GCM transactions with external parties
• Complete account administration activities including cash flows, fee billing, reporting and tickler processing
• Lead client meetings and prepare fee proposals to support new business opportunities
