Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• Or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets
• High level of proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software
• Prior experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents
• Prior experience calculating amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations
• Proven problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems related to accounts of moderate to significant intricacy, complexity and risk.
• Review, analyze and comment on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate activities related to monitoring risks and ensuring regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as required.
• Research and resolve issues related to control and client service aspects of assigned accounts.
• Work with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
• Complete account administration activities including cash flow execution and fee billing.
• Participate in sales calls with GCM Sales and prepare fee proposals to support new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with current and prospective clients and referral sources to uncover opportunities and participate in closings.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenues and implement approved fee changes per controls.
• Provide coverage and support for other Relationship Managers as required by absence.
• Represent GCM and lead departmental projects and corporate initiatives.
