Job summary

M&T Bank in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Global Capital Markets to oversee client relationships and complex account administration. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service in Global Capital Markets.
Alternatively, 7 years higher education/experience with 3 years client service.
Proficiency with PCs and pertinent software.
Strong ability to read and interpret legal documents.

Responsibilities

Monitor risk-related systems and ensure accounts operate within policies.
Review and comment on operative documents and agreements for accounts.
Coordinate activities with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit for regulatory compliance.
Work with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions.
Complete cash flow, fee billing, reporting and tickler processing.
Support sales calls; prepare fee proposals for new business.
Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Provide coverage for other Relationship Managers as needed.
Promote internal controls and process improvements in risk and service delivery.
