Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Gasoline Engine Calibration Engineer in the United States to own calibration functions across development and launch. You will work with North American and global teams to deliver robust drivability, emissions compliance, and vehicle performance, using hands-on calibration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Collaborating with engineers across North America and global development teams, you will drive calibration strategies from concept through production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own development, validation, and production release of gasoline engine calibration functions.
• Develop calibration strategies for drivability, emissions, and vehicle integration.
• Perform hands-on calibration on prototype and production vehicles and labs.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and optimize calibration performance.
• Coordinate testing with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Evaluate interactions with engine controls and propulsion systems.
• Ensure calibration integration with engine and vehicle systems for launch.
• Present findings and risks to engineering leadership.
• Travel domestically 4–8 weeks per year for development and certification.
