Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Solution Architect – Gas Turbine Controls to lead the technical definition and standardization of controls solutions across projects. You will ensure alignment with customer requirements, budget, and execution needs while collaborating with ITO, engineering, and product lines.

Responsibilities include risk reduction, cross-functional leadership, and mentoring team members to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 10+ years of experience in controls engineering, system engineering, or related technical roles.
• Experience with power generation systems such as Steam Turbine, HRSG, Generator, Electrical systems, or Plant BOP.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of Gas Turbine controls solution architecture for assigned projects.
• Align controls solutions with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Promote standardization, reuse, and modular design across projects.
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and ensure smooth transition to execution.
