City of Richmond is seeking a senior Management Analyst – Natural Gas Trainer/Field Auditor to lead OQ training, conduct field audits, and ensure adherence to regulations. You will document findings, support SOP/O&M improvements, and drive regulatory compliance across gas construction and operations.

Responsibilities include hands-on and classroom training, safety briefings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to close performance gaps and strengthen the training program.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or field related to assignment.
• Four years of related work experience.
• An equivalent combination of training and experience (as approved by the department).

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on and classroom training for Operator Qualification (OQ) tasks.
• Present and facilitate gas safety and compliance training exercises.
• Perform field audits of gas construction, maintenance, and service activities, documenting findings.
• Gather information to support improvements to SOPs, O&M, and best practice procedures.
• Support enhancements to the OQ program with field-based observations and data.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and training teams to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
