Job summary

The City of Richmond is seeking a Senior Management Analyst in the Gas Division to lead training and field audits for Operator Qualification, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement of SOPs, O&M, and safety programs.

Responsibilities include delivering hands-on and classroom OQ instruction, performing field audits, documenting findings, and collaborating with operations, compliance, and training teams to close performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field.
• Four years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with gas regulations and field operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and classroom instruction for natural gas OQ tasks.
• Perform field audits of gas construction, maintenance, and service activities.
• Document findings and report deviations or safety concerns.
• Support improvements to SOP, O&M, and best practice procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and training teams.
