Xcel Energy Inc. seeks an experienced Gas Scheduling Analyst to manage transportation information, nominations, and allocations within our scheduling system.

You will troubleshoot scheduling issues and guide stakeholders through all gas scheduling processes from nominations to contract administration. Candidates should have 5+ years in gas scheduling, strong analytical skills, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of Gas Scheduling or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Understanding of tariffs and contractual rights.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible to changing schedules and priorities.
• Ability to identify revenue opportunities from scheduling patterns.

Mansioni

• Manage transport customer information in the scheduling software, including nominations, scheduling, confirmations, and allocations.
• Resolve gas scheduling problems and guide internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform periodic special project duties (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Set up contracts, locations, and business contacts in the system.
• Review imbalances with interconnecting pipelines and reconcile differences.
• Complete pipeline closing and reporting duties.
• Train customers and internal users on scheduling software.
