Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field (Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum).
• 12+ years in natural gas processing or related hydrocarbon processing.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role leading operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of a full-scale natural gas processing facility.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; drive margins and plant value.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA PSM, environmental permits, DOT/PHMSA).
• Lead plant team, performance reviews, succession planning, training.
