Job summary

Exelon Utilities seeks a Sr. Gas Operations Compliance Specialist to oversee OT security governance and TSA cyber compliance across field devices. You will coordinate with SMEs, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement within the program.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of experience in gas operations, regulatory, or related areas, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 5–8 years in gas ops, regulatory, or related areas.
• Ability to analyze and interpret compliance requirements for OT and TSA directives.
• Strong written, oral communication and analytical skills; proficient MS Office/Passport tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and report Exelon Utilities cyber compliance programs (OTSGP and TSA) and related DOT/PHMSA/PSC.
• Conduct annual self-assessments and coordinate with SMEs and signoffs.
• Develop mitigation plans and track progress through evidence.
• Lead/participate in audits and assemble evidence for audit readiness.
• Interface with Exelon committees to benchmark and improve standards.
