Exelon Utilities seeks a Sr. Gas Operations Compliance Specialist to lead and coordinate the OT Security Governance program and TSA Cyber Security compliance across critical process control devices.

This role requires deep regulatory understanding and collaboration with SMEs, management, and field personnel. You will perform annual self-assessments, develop mitigation plans, monitor progress, support audits, and communicate performance improvements to leadership, while promoting a culture of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, Business, Engineering or related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience OR 9–12 years without a degree.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and apply OT Security Governance and TSA cyber security directives.
• Strong written, oral communication and analytical skills; proficient with Word/Access/Excel/PowerPoint/Passport.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, track and report compliance programs for OT security, TSA directives and pipeline-related compliance.
• Perform annual self assessments, coordinate kick-off and sign-offs with SMEs and Key Managers.
• Recommend improvements to drive continuous compliance and establish a Culture of Compliance.
• Create mitigation plans and monitor progress with action tracking and updates.
• Initiate work activities in the Work Management system and document completion evidence.
• Provide analysis and leadership reporting on compliance performance and initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of cyber controls affecting gas OT systems under OTSGP and TSA directives.
• Lead or participate in audits; prepare evidence packages for audit teams.
• Represent Exelon Utilities on committees to drive benchmarking and continuous improvement.
