Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Sr. Gas Operations Compliance Specialist to lead compliance with OTSGP and TSA cyber security directives for OT field devices.

The role involves audits, self-assessments, reporting, and coordinating with SMEs and leadership to strengthen cyber governance and regulatory compliance.

Note: extended hours, including 24x7 coverage for storms and energy delivery emergencies, may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with OT cyber security compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, track and report Exelon Utilities compliance programs related to cyber security for process control devices (OTSGP) and TSA directives.
• Perform annual self-assessments for applicable standards and coordinate kick-off meetings with SMEs and leaders.
• Evaluate, determine and report utility compliance with Exelon procedures and standards; recommend improvements.
• Create mitigation plans and monitor progress with action tracking and updates.
• Initiate Work Management activities for OTSGP and TSA compliance and ensure documentation in systems.
• Provide analysis and support to leadership for OTSGP and TSA compliance programs through ongoing reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of current cyber security controls affecting gas OT systems and devices.
• Lead or participate in compliance audits; prepare evidence packages for audit activities.
• Represent Exelon Utilities on committees to drive benchmarking and continuous improvement.
