Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in semiconductor processing.
• Skills in semiconductor assembly, package, and test.
• RF test experience, TCAD, and GaN epitaxial growth are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a range of GaN HEMT R&D projects in the fab.
• Develop various unit processes focused on etch, thin films, lithography.
• Schedule, launch, and disposition wafer fabrication lots in the Fab.
