GaN HEMT R&D Process Development Engineer, Senior
In order to expand the GaN HEMT technology offerings, MACOM’s Advanced Semiconductor Technology group is looking to hire a Process Development Engineer with focus on Thin Film, Etch, Lithography and Process Integration. The engineer will have a solid understanding of semiconductor processing and he/she will be able to develop novel processes that will advance MACOM’s GaN HEMT technology. We are looking for a technically creative person, highly motivated individual, who is excited to work in a dynamic environment.
In addition, this candidate will also possess skills in semiconductor assembly, package and test. RF test experience, TCAD and GaN epitaxial growth will be huge plus.
