Job summary

This role requires scheduling staff, managing POS transactions, and coordinating with district leadership to meet company goals, including inventory control and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff across multiple units.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure service.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and bank deposits.
• Maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain high-performing associates.
