Job summary

Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation is seeking a Lead Inspector to serve as on-shift leader, supervising Inspection staff and ensuring integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of all gaming operations. Reporting to the Director of Inspection, you will lead investigations, review findings, monitor activities, and coordinate with casino management and regulatory agencies to resolve compliance issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Inspection staff during the assigned shift.
• Provide general oversight of gaming operations across casinos.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain shift documentation.
• Plan and schedule workloads and review Inspector work.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and coordinate with Surveillance and Tribal Police.
• Handle customer complaints and participate in safety and compliance programs.
