Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Games Merchandising Manager in San Mateo, CA (hybrid). You will lead merchandising strategies across console, web and mobile, partnering with Finance to translate forecasts into actions and using AI‑driven insights to maximize engagement and revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in a global DTC/digital or ecommerce environment, strong analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a global direct-to-consumer digital or e-commerce business.
• Experience using data, analytics and AI-driven insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Planning & Finance to translate forecasts into merchandising strategies across console, web and mobile.
• Monitor performance and customer behavior to adjust campaigns, placements and content.
• Leverage AI-driven recommendations to optimize storefront performance and customer experience.
• Design and run data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly performance data to turn insights into action.
• Develop and share best practices with Store teams to improve efficiency.
